How long does it typically take to get an estimate?
For estimates that are simple and don’t require a meeting,
we can usually have an estimate for you within 3 days.
Estimates and designs that require a consultation with you
are usually mailed or presented within 5 days. Some
estimating we can do right over the phone.
Is there a fee for my consultation?
The initial meeting is free. We do charge for designs that
are complex and take considerable time to prepare. After our
first meeting with you, we can determine if your design will
require a fee and present you with a price. The design fee
is then reimbursed to you when you hire us to complete the
job.
Can I get product samples or see a sample of your work?
We can bring you samples of most hardscapes. We can also
take you to a local nursery to see plant materials. To see
our craftsmanship, you can check out our Photo Gallery or
ask for a referral list.
What is the payment process?
Payment is due in full upon completion. For larger jobs, we
may ask for a deposit. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover,
cash and check. |
