Lawn Aeration Services
What Is Aeration?
For many years, professional golf course greens keepers have known that the secret of a beautiful, dense turf is to aerate their courses two or three times each year, allowing the healthy grassroots to thrive. Now your lawn, too, can enjoy the benefits of professional aeration.
Practically speaking, aeration is the process of mechanically removing small plugs of thatch and soil from the lawn to improve natural soil aeration. It is commonly called core aeration in the lawn service industry. Power raking on the other hand that other companies provide is only cosmetic. The tines rake the surface, but rarely ever get deep enough into the thatch layer to do any good.
